Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During product drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International orders: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order and destination.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
